Simply create a task manually or have Alpha upload directly from a shared folder or email location. Custom the task, define key details and even analyse and export the contents.

A task can be anything from an document, image, an email or even just a task created in the portal. Upon opening the Task Manger, you can create new tasks or manage existing ones.

Export your tasks into a XLS or CSV file and even download attachments onto your desktop.

You can custom the task to your preference. You can set a task status, a priority or reminder, make a comment, attach other documents or assign a task to another user.
